Open Every Day from 7:45 am - 11 AM and 2 - 6 PM

We encourage owners to avoid bringing their dogs in the last hour of our AM or PM windows so their dogs can play and get acquainted with the pack if possible.

Please communicate any early/late pickups or changes in your reservation with us by phone or email.

Pick-up and Drop-off Policies

One Drop-off/Pickup at a time. We want to give each dog our full attention. Please wait if another client is already dropping or picking up. Thank you!

Please bring your dog in and out on leash.

Overnight Boarding reservations extend from the AM window to the AM window the following day, Drops in the PM window extend to the next PM window the next day. Please be specific in your reservation which window, AM or PM ,you’re dropping and picking up your dog.

-If you schedule a boarding drop in the AM a certain day and you don’t drop until the PM you will still be charged for the AM.

-Any boarding drops in between 7.45-11 and picked up the next day between 7.45-11 are $50. A pickup in the 2-6 PM window would have daycare added on +$45. Boarding drops in the PM window (2-6) extend to the next day2-6. If a dog ends up staying the night (please let us know this) their overnight stay is added on.

-A boarding drop in the PM picking up in the AM is $50.

Early Pickups will be charged for full reservation scheduled.

Any changes in reservations must be communicated with us by email or phone message, whether that be cancellations, earlier drops, or later pickups .

Dog care beyond your scheduled pick up time will be added on.

*Late Pickups

-We do not schedule pick-ups and drop-offs outside of normal business hours. We are a family-owned business and we have hours so we can maintain our family life. In the event of an emergency or dire situation, an arrangement out of hours can be made ahead of time for your dog. These are by appointment only.

  • If a boarding/daycare dog(s) isn’t picked up by 6pm and we haven’t been contacted, your dog(s) will be fed at 6, your food if available or ours with a fee, and will be staying the night.

  • Requesting a late pickup (up to 15 minutes past 11 or 6) carries a late pickup fee of $20 and is by appointment only.

  • Pickups beyond that carry a later pickup fee of $50 and are by appointment only.

  • These after-hours types of pickups cannot always be accommodated.

 General Cancellation Policy

All Cancellation Fees will be charged to your card on file

​If you have a daycare or boarding reservation and don’t show up, and don’t contact us, we will charge your full reservation scheduled.

Cancellations greater than 48 hours will not be charged anything.

We require at the latest a 24 hour notice for cancellations or reservation schedule changes. Daycare cancellations the day before carry a $20 cancel fee. A daycare cancellation the day-of drop-off will be charged for daycare. This cannot come off a punch pass.

A boarding cancellation with more than 24 hours of notice, owners will be charged for 1/2 of their reservation, topping out at 2 days. A boarding cancellation the day-of drop-off owners will be charge their full reservation, topping out at 2 days.

Clients that have early pick ups and don’t communicate it to us, will be charged for their originally scheduled reservation.

 Holiday/High Season Cancellation Policy and Reservation Changes

​Cancellations or Reservation changes with more than 72 HOURS NOTICE will not be charged. Cancels greater than 48 hours charged 1 day of boarding. Cancellations less than 48 hours will be charged for 1/2 the reservation, topping out at 3 days. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged for their full scheduled reservation, topping out at 3days. Daycare cancellations less than 48 hours notice are charged $20. Less than 24 hours notice are charged for full day of daycare.

  • Holidays

Please note that we are closed to the public the following days for pet drop-offs and pick-ups:

  • New Years Eve

  • 4th of July

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas

​* "Closed" means that dogs will not be accepted for daycare or boarding pick-up or drop-off, but the staff will be there to care for the boarding dogs throughout the day as usual.

We will be open and at capacity Presidents Day Weekend, Easter, Memorial Day, FIBArk Weekend, Beerfest, Labor Day Weekend, and the above holidays with the additional guidelines stated right below.

During the holidays and high-season weekends, daycare is $50. These holidays include 3 days leading up to, and 3 days following federal holidays and in line with local school closures. High Season is Memorial Day through Labor Day.
